The National Enterprise Technology Center is evaluated every two years. In 2015, the China-Thailand Chemical National Enterprise Technology Center was approved to be established. As a technological innovation demonstration enterprise of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Zhongtai Chemical currently has 14 national high-tech enterprises, 2 national CNAS laboratories, a national postdoctoral research station, and manages 12 autonomous region enterprise technology centers and 2 autonomous region engineering research centers. It has obtained 845 authorized patents of various types and more than 20 science and technology awards. The total investment in R&D for three consecutive years has exceeded 3.17 billion yuan. Among them, the "Advanced Preparation Technology for High-Performance Synthetic Resin" project, a key research and development task undertaken by Zhongtai Chemical, has achieved a comprehensive improvement in resin performance and further extended the application field of PVC products; the "Cluster Demonstration Application of Carbide Smelting Robot System" project, We have built a production system for unmanned operation of calcium carbide production and robot operation for smelting and furnace operations. We have established a centralized control platform that integrates control, vision, and human-computer interaction to realize calcium carbide production. "Replace people with mechanization and reduce people with automation." Currently, the company is researching 11 key research and development and strategic emerging projects of the National Ministry of Science and Technology, the Autonomous Region Science and Technology Department, and the Autonomous Region Industry and Information Technology Department.
