High strength non-shrink grouting material

1. Product features:

Early strength and high strength: the strength can reach more than 40Mpa in one day, and production can be started one day after the equipment is installed.

Self-flowing state: Just add water and stir on site, then pour it directly into the equipment foundation. It can fill all the gaps in the equipment foundation without vibrating.

Self-tightness: to ensure that the equipment is in close contact with the foundation and does not expand or contract.

Oil resistance: After being immersed in engine oil for 30 days, its strength is increased by more than 10% compared with before being immersed in oil.

Durability: 2 million fatigue tests, 50 freeze-thaw cycles without significant changes.

2. Application advantages:

1. Early strength and high strength ensure fast construction, saving construction period and manpower.

2. The self-flow characteristic ensures that the slurry can automatically fill all gaps during the construction process, and the problem of leakage of honeycomb holes will not occur.

3. Due to the self-flow of the slurry, the grouting material can be automatically poured into narrow gaps without vibration, thus adapting to the pouring and grouting of complex structures, dense reinforcement and narrow spaces.

4. Since no vibration is required, the noise during construction is also eliminated and the labor intensity is reduced.

5. According to actual needs, the grouting expansion can be effectively controlled by controlling the proportion of expansion: the expansion of grouting materials during equipment installation is generally controlled at 2-5%.

6. The self-flowing and non-shrinking micro-expansion characteristics of the non-shrink grouting material ensure the microscopic close connection between the cast body and the old base surface, so the non-shrinking grouting material can be directly used as a reinforcement layer.

7. Non-shrinkage grouting material has the adaptability of general concrete to humid environments, so there is no problem of resin grouting being afraid of water.

3. Product usage

1. Suitable for secondary grouting of machine bases, anchor bolts and other equipment foundations.

2. Reinforcement, repair and reinforcement of building beams, slabs, columns, foundations, roads and floors.

3. It can be used for anchoring anchor bolts and steel bars and structural reinforcement.

4. Embedding and fixing construction joints of subway, tunnel, underground and other projects using reverse driving method.

5. Secondary grouting for fixed connections between steel structures (rails, steel frames, steel columns, etc.) and foundations.

IV. Usage methods

Construction shall be carried out in accordance with the "Technical Regulations for the Construction of Cement-based Grouting Materials" (YB/T9261-98).

5. Construction steps

1. Prepare mixing equipment, grouting equipment, formwork and maintenance items, clean the grouting space and water and moisten the concrete surface in advance.

2. Set up the formwork and seal the joints of the formwork with cement (sand) slurry and plastic tape to ensure no water or slurry leakage.

3. Add 12-15% of the weight of the grouting material with water and stir (mechanical stirring for 2 minutes, manual stirring for 5 minutes).

4. Pour the evenly stirred grouting material into the grouting part from one direction. If necessary, bamboo strips or steel drills can be used to guide the flow, and the template can also be properly vibrated or lightly tapped.

5. After the construction is completed, the curing agent should be sprayed immediately or covered with plastic film and covered with straw curtains or quilts for 3-7 days of moist curing.

6. It is strictly prohibited to mix any additives or external additives into the grouting material.

6. Packaging and Storage

This product is 25 kg/bag and should be stored in a ventilated and dry place and protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 3 months.
