Lightweight gypsum mortar creates an excellent and comfortable living environment for residents

Lightweight gypsum mortar is made of semi-hydrated gypsum as the base material, high molecular polymer as the cementing material, and dry-mixed inorganic fillers. It is a new and improved interior wall coating that changes the traditional usage habits of cement-based cementitious materials and has good compatibility and adhesion with various base walls.

Before gypsum construction, the base layer should be cleaned, and the putty should be thoroughly poured before applying the putty. Pay attention to the proportion of concrete to ensure a strong bond between the cement mortar and the concrete floor. Putty should be compacted in layers. Care must be taken in the actual construction of baseboards and walls. The openings must be leveled, tamped, and polished with a ruler.

Using lightweight gypsum mortar for plastering can reduce the cost by about 10-15%, effectively reducing rework. It is a high-quality environmentally friendly product developed using new technology. When the plastering thickness is less than 0.05m, lightweight gypsum mortar can be used directly for plastering. When the plastering thickness is greater than 0.05m, a light base layer can be used directly as the base layer, and then the surface layer can be used for plastering.

After the bottom lightweight gypsum mortar is finally solidified (usually 24 hours), apply the surface layer of lightweight gypsum mortar. In order to prevent the mortar joints of the filling wall from cracking, the filling wall should be covered with mesh cloth and polished, and the thickness of the covering layer should be controlled within 3mm.

Lightweight gypsum mortar is easy to operate, reduces labor intensity, improves labor efficiency and reduces wet work. The thin thickness of the paint increases the net indoor area. The lightweight gypsum mortar will produce countless tiny pores during the entire process of hardening the base, which can reasonably adjust the environmental humidity and become a breathable wall, creating a good and comfortable living environment for residents. </p
