3. Construction technology:
Base layer treatment: The base material should be smooth, strong, clean, free of oil and dust, and use an interface Treatment agent treats the base surface.
Preparation: Add an appropriate amount of water to the dry powder repair mortar and mix evenly. The water-to-material ratio is about 1:4. Use clean water to mix the dry powder repair mortar evenly. Let it stand for 5 minutes and then stir it a little before use. No raw dough balls allowed.
IV. Construction method:
1. Surface treatment: Before construction, use a cutter to cut the repair area to an appropriate depth, remove all loose concrete, thoroughly remove rust, and Remove dust from the concrete surface and rinse with water. Although a water film does not necessarily form on the surface of the base material, it must be fully moistened with water before construction. Then the polymer-modified cement interface coating is applied to the steel surface layer, and an intermediate layer of repair mortar is applied before the coating is completely cured.
2. Stirring: Use a mechanical mortar mixer or a low-speed portable mixer to stir until the required consistency is reached. First add an appropriate amount of water, then start the mixer, and then gradually add this product to the water, continuing Stir for 5 minutes or until the ingredients are completely uniform and there are no lumps.
3. Construction: During construction, the repair mortar should be applied directly with a ash spoon or by hand and pressed onto the base surface of the coated interface layer. If the interface coating has dried before starting to apply the repair mortar, it must be completely removed and recoated before the repair mortar can be scraped until the repair is smooth.
4. Maintenance: After the construction is completed, the exposed surface needs to be cured. Suitable concrete curing agent (efficiency should be greater than 90%), wet sacks or continuous watering can be used for three days.
5. Notes:
The slurry mixed with water should be used up within 2 hours. The construction environment temperature is above 5℃. The repair mortar is alkaline and will irritate the skin. During use, avoid inhaling dust and contacting the skin and eyes, and wear appropriate protective gloves and eye protection. Once it comes into contact with skin, rinse with clean water. If it comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment as soon as possible. This product is non-toxic and non-flammable.
