1. Scope of application:

This product is a new and efficient inorganic plasticizer product, suitable for M5, M7.5, M10, M15, M20 building mortars and aerated concrete blocks. , clay hollow bricks, concrete small hollow blocks, bottom ash mortar, aerated concrete leveling mortar, etc.

2. Main properties:

4. Implementation standards: JC/T164-2004, GB18588-2001.

3. Reference dosage: For every 100 kilograms of cement, add 15 kilograms of special mortar for air-entrained blocks. Mix and stir evenly before use. The mortar strength ratio remains unchanged during use.

IV. Construction method:

1. Add cement, sand, mortar agent and water to the container and mix thoroughly. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then stir it a little before use. When using, adjust the consistency to 65-90mm. Adding sequence: add the ingredients first and stir well, then add water and stir.

2. The grouting should be even and flat (it is better to use a toothed scraper). The length of the grouting should be the length of one block, and it can be placed as it is laid; the blocks should be aligned once and then Adjust the mortar before it loses its plasticity; the blocks on the wall should not be moved randomly or impacted. If correction is needed, the mortar should be re-paved. The fullness of the gray joints must meet the specification requirements, and the vertical joints should be filled and scraped flat. It is strictly forbidden to use water for grouting. Blind seams, translucent seams and stuffing of seams with sundries are strictly prohibited. If the requirements are not met, masonry mortar must be used to fill and joint the joints, otherwise the plastering layer will easily become hollow in the future.

3. Apply the mixed mortar evenly on the blocks, and control the mortar thickness to about 10-20mm.

4. Place the blocks on the corresponding wall, adjust the position and compact them.

5. The remaining matters should comply with the construction specifications related to masonry projects.

V. Notes:

1. When the air temperature and wall temperature are lower than negative temperature during construction, heating measures should be taken, and early-strength antifreeze can be added for use.

2. Do not mix with other materials such as sugar, alcohol, microfoaming agent, lime king, etc.

3. Any quoted water that meets national standards can be used directly for mixing mortar; when other mixing water is used, it must be inspected in accordance with the "Concrete Mixing Water Standard" (JGJ163). It can be used to mix dry mortar after passing the test. </p
