Product Overview
Easaqua XD 803 is a fast-drying, ready-to-use water-based aliphatic polyisocyanate. This product does not contain any alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO free).
  This product has low odor and is non-flammable.

Recommended use
It can be used for a variety of substrates, such as wood (floor, kitchen and office furniture), metal and plastic, etc., as a fast-drying curing agent for water-based high-performance two-component polyurethane coatings.

Solubility
Soluble in esters, ketones, ether esters and aromatic solvents. This product reacts with solvents containing hydroxy functional groups such as alcohols, glycol ethers and water (when used incorrectly). Thinning with polyurethane grade solvent is recommended.

Apply
Easaqua XD 803 is a ready-to-use curing agent for waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings. This product is used as a crosslinking agent for hydroxyl-containing waterborne polymers, especially for polyurethane dispersions (PUD), polyacrylic acid, polyester or urethane-acrylic hybrid resins in different physical forms (solution, emulsion or dispersion) System waterborne two-component polyurethane coating.
Easaqua XD 803 imparts fast drying, rapid hardness growth and high gloss to the paint film. Therefore, this product is especially suitable for vehicle coatings (automobile repair, railway passenger cars, etc.). Due to the low odor of this product, it is suitable for wooden floors. This product is non-flammable, so no special storage conditions are required.
