King’s Nacure® 4575 Amine Neutralizing Acid Catalyst

Product Introduction
NACURE® 4575 is an amine neutralized acid phosphate catalyst recommended for coatings crosslinked with fully or partially alkylated amino resins. This product increases the resistance of coatings to exposure to environmental acids.

Solubility
Soluble in water, alcohols, glycol ethers and esters. Partially soluble in ketones. insoluble��Aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Apply
Automobile paint - primer, base coat, clear coat

Typical dosage
0.5-2.0 % based on total resin solids.

Can be added to paint with stirring or pre-diluted with alcohol.

shelf life
18 months from date of production when stored under ambient conditions in original container.

Handling and Storage
NACURE 4575 is classified as a flammable liquid. Safe handling of this product should include the use of safety glasses and gloves. Avoid breathing vapours - use with adequate ventilation.
