3. Scope of application

1. JH-SHD high-efficiency water-reducing agent, the dosage is 0.3-1.5% of the cement quality, the water reduction rate is 15-25%, and the 1d strength of concrete is increased by 40-100 %, the 7d strength is increased by 30-70%, and the 28d strength is increased by 30-60%. The tensile strength, flexural strength and post-strength are also improved, and the bonding strength of steel bars, carbonation resistance, permeability and frost resistance are improved.
2. The adaptability of steam curing is good, the strength of steam curing out of the pond can be increased by 20-30%, and the steam curing time can be shortened by 1-2 hours to achieve the same strength out of the pond. Each ton of product can save 30 tons of coal.
3. It is suitable for making refractory concrete from aluminate cement. The compressive strength can be increased by 60-170% under drying at 110℃ and high temperature (1000℃-2000℃). At the same time, the fluidity of concrete is significantly improved.
4. The slump of concrete can be increased from 50mm to 150-250mm. If the dosage is exceeded by 1-2 times, the later strength will not be reduced. 5. It can save 15-20% of cement. When mixed with fly ash, it can save 20-30% of cement. Each ton of product can save more than 20 tons of cement.
V. Packaging and Storage
