How to use lubricant

Concrete pumping agent is what we commonly call "lubricating agent". "lubricating agent" is a new construction consumable. Its function is to replace the original cement mortar lubricating agent. Because traditional cement mortar pipe moistening has many disadvantages such as inconvenience and high usage cost. When President Xi inspected the Yangtze River Basin in 2018, he found that ecological resources were seriously damaged and must be protected and reduced exploitation. Colleagues in the construction industry should all feel the same way. River sand is so precious and its price is rising, forcing us to develop new resources to reduce the reliance of traditional construction techniques on river sand. Pipe moisturizer has been on the market for more than ten years. After scientific experiments and practical applications, it has become a very mature pipe moisturizing material. Its effect is better than traditional cement mortar pipe moisturizing agent.

Today I will mainly explain to you the differences and precautions in the use of ground pumps and sky pumps during the use of lubricants. Our commonly used pumping equipment is divided into truck pumps (truck pumps are what we commonly call sky pumps). Truck-mounted pumps have the characteristics of flexible construction and high efficiency, but long-distance pumping is the weakness of sky pumps. Long-distance pumping You also have to rely on ground pumps. Ground pumps have the advantage of long pumping distance, but their flexibility is far less than that of sky pumps. Sky pumps and ground pumps are a good combination. The method of lubricating pipes is slightly different between the sky pump and the ground pump. Since the production process of the pump pipe of the ground pump cannot meet the requirements of the sky pump, the amount of lubricating agent used in the ground pump is twice that of the sky pump. Take Yulong pipe moisturizing agent as an example. A small bag of Yulong pipe lubricating agent can moisturize the pipes of sky pumps that are more than 50 meters away. However, when used on ground pumps, 2 bags of Yulong pipe lubricating agent must be used for pump pipes within 50 meters above ground pumps. The amount of water used is the same. During the process of moistening the pipe, the floor pump needs to raise the outlet hose to a height of one meter. Its main function is to allow the inner wall of the pipe to adhere to the lubricant solution to achieve the best moisturizing effect.
