1. After starting the pump truck and before pumping concrete, lubricate the pipe with lubricant. For pump pipes less than 50 meters long, prepare 30-50 kilograms of water, and then add 1 pack of lubricant to the pipe. Pour water into the hopper after mixing evenly, then open the positive pump to allow the lubricant to enter the pipe, and then slowly pour the concrete into the hopper. When the pipe is 50--100 meters long, add 80--100 kg of water, 2 bags Lubricating agent, when the pipe length is more than 100 meters, add 150--200 kg of water and 3 bags of lubricating agent
2. The value of the slump of pumped concrete should not be too large, and the general range is controlled at 15% Take left and right.
3. After the concrete pumping starts normally, it should be carried out continuously without interruption in the middle. If the concrete supply is temporarily unavailable, the pumping speed can be slowed down to maintain its continuity. When the pumping is temporarily interrupted, the concrete in the hopper can be rotated 4 to 5 times every 5 minutes by rotating the mixing blade and starting the forward and reverse strokes of the concrete pump 4 to 5 times to prevent concrete segregation, initial setting and clogging. The concrete surface in the hopper of the pump truck should always be kept above the mixing shaft, otherwise it may cause air suction and external spraying. The pumping interval is more than 30 minutes. At this time, the concrete in the pump truck pipeline must be cleaned and rinsed with water.
4. During the pumping process, if the oil pressure gauge indicates a rise in pressure and the transmission pipeline vibrates, this situation is usually a precursor to a blockage in the transmission pipeline. We can use a small wooden hammer to tap the tapered pipe. , elbows and other places that are prone to blockage. If the pipe blockage still cannot be solved, the pump pipe should be disassembled in time and the concrete in the pump pipe should be cleaned.
5. Continue to pump concrete for more than 2 hours, replace the dirty water in the sink and check whether there is any change in the stroke of the concrete pump piston. If there are any changes, adjustments should be made immediately.
6. During the process of pumping concrete, the material surface in the hopper should always be kept above the mixing shaft to prevent emptying.
7. When the concrete slump is too low, it is strictly prohibited to add water directly to the hopper for mixing. A mixer truck should be used to add cement mortar, mix it evenly and then pour it into the hopper of the pump truck.
8. It is strictly prohibited to use the pump truck material rod as a crane boom to hang any heavy objects.
9. When pumping is about to end, the stroke of the concrete cylinder should be reduced and the pumping speed should be slowed down, so as to reduce the amount of concrete remaining in the cylinder.
10. After shutdown, when the concrete pumping work is completed, clean and rinse the remaining concrete in the pump truck pipes and inside.
11. After construction in winter, all water on the pump truck should be drained to prevent the temperature from freezing and cracking the parts. </p
