Product Introduction
K-KAT XK-604 is a catalyst for effectively catalyzing the reaction between isocyanate and hydroxyl in the production of elastomers. It is based on mixed environmentally friendly metal-organic compounds,
  Used to replace toxic mercury catalysts.

Good curing effect; has a catalytic curve similar to mercury catalysts; environmental protection

Typical Features

Solubility
Soluble in butanol, ketones, aliphatics, aromatics, glycol ether solvents, insoluble in water.

Application
For 100% solid two-component polyurethane elastomer, its gel time and curing performance are similar to mercury catalysts.

Typical dosage
0.1-0.5% of the total solid content of the resin.

How to add
The polyol component can be added directly.

Expiry date
24 months from the date of production at room temperature in the original packaging barrel.

Safe to use and store
Safety of use should include safety glasses and gloves, do not breathe vapor, keep good ventilation. The product should be stored under normal temperature and dry conditions, avoid sunlight and overheating, please refer to the product safety data sheet for details.
