Product Introduction
Polycin D-265 is a 100% solid castor oil-based derivative used as a polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane systems.
Polycin D-265 will impart flexibility and improve pigment wetting into many polyurethane systems. Polycin D-265, as a reactive diluent, reduces VOCs while imparting beneficial castor oil derivative properties such as improved flow and leveling.

Application
• Formulated 100% solids high performance polyurethane coating
• Low VOC UV resistant two-component industrial maintenance coatings and thermosetting OEM coatings
• Improved properties: flexibility, adhesion, moisture resistance and chemical resistance of coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomer formulations
• Low VOC force drying and baking of topcoats and primers for plastics and primers for metals
• Low viscosity, solvent-free pigment dispersion for polyurethane and polyurethane-melamine baked systems.
