Recently, Thailand’s leading automotive aftermarket coatings and commercial vehicle (CV) coatings company NP Auto Refinishes Co, Ltd (a subsidiary of Nipsee Group) announced the successful acquisition of D-Act
Co., Ltd. Through this acquisition, NP Auto Refinishes will increase its market share and strengthen its leadership position in the Thai automotive refinish and commercial vehicle coatings market.
D-Act Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and is a well-known manufacturer of commercial vehicles, automotive refinishing paints and special industrial coatings in Thailand. As a niche player, D-Act has a strong reputation in the market and has a strong customer base.

After the acquisition, D-Act will retain its brand and continue to focus on its core business, while helping Nippon Paint better serve the market by increasing production capacity and strengthening the value chain, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
