Features
Dispercoll® (Dispercoll®) U42 is a high molecular weight water-based anionic polyurethane dispersion, which can be used in furniture, automobile, shoemaking, construction and other industries. Due to the high activation temperature of the polymer and the softness of the film-forming properties, DABE® U42 is particularly suitable for wet bonding of textile materials.

Application
Dibaike® U42 exhibits excellent bonding properties to many synthetic materials and natural materials, adding 2-5% (weight ratio) of water-emulsifiable polyisocyanate curing agent - Desmodur D, which can improve the thermal stability of bonding, resistance to plasticizers, grease resistance and oil resistance. The curing agent should be added before the adhesive is used, and should be dispersed evenly. Pay attention to the working time of the mixed adhesive. In order to expand the technical performance of special application fields or customized products, resin dispersions, emulsifiers, thickeners, etc. can also be added. Before use, especially before spraying, the formulated adhesive product must be filtered to remove polymer particles that may form in the adhesive.
Packaging
120kg polyethylene plastic drum, 1100L container, tanker.
Save
Stored in the original airtight container at 23°C, the shelf life of Dilbaek® U42 after shipment is 6 months. Storage temperatures above 30°C should be avoided. The storage temperature should not be lower than 5°C, otherwise the product will freeze and solidify. Solidified Dibak® U42 will be completely ineffective. The packaging container must be tightly closed and protected from direct sunlight, otherwise the evaporation of water will cause it to form a non-redispersible polymer film.
Waste Disposal
Unused Residue® product residues should be incinerated according to local regulations. Polymer dispersions should be disposed of under special supervision and should not pollute soil or surface water.
