Features /app
This product is specially designed for coating on plastic substrates. Additionally, when used in PVC floor coating formulations, the product exhibits high performance properties on a variety of substrates. Can also be used in putties and topcoats (one- and two-component). At the same time, the product can also be used in various plastic substrates with elastic requirements, as a one-component metal primer or anti-stone chip system and other applications.
Coatings based on Bayhydrol XP 2648 exhibit good leveling, chemical and weather resistance, as well as being hard and flexible.
The product can be blended with polyester, polyurethane and acrylate dispersions, but compatibility should be tested for specific applications.
The product can also be mixed with water-based UV systems. The product is cured with Bayhydur XP 2570 for increased resistance. The mixing ratio of grinding base and curing agent is generally 10:1. Bayhydrol XP 2648 does not require the addition of coalescents.

Save
The storage temperature in the original airtight container is kept between 0°C and 40°C. Under this condition, the product can be stored stably for about 6 months.

This product is not classified as dangerous according to European Commission Directive 67/548/EEC or 1999/45/EC.
The safety data sheet (995200) must be observed, which includes information on labeling, transport and storage, as well as information on product use, product safety and ecology.

Currently, there are no statistically validated datasets on product feature data and other data. After the process is further improved, it can be adjusted, such as from trial production to large-scale production.
