LS-40 is a special modified polyurethane leveling agent, mainly suitable for solvent-based coatings and ink systems, with excellent leveling performance, high temperature resistance and chemical resistance.

1. When the substrate is contaminated by silicone oil or grease, surface defects of topcoat will occur (see attached Poor focus, pinholes, craters, etc.), can effectively solve the above problems
2. It has excellent leveling, smoothing and release characteristics, and the heat resistance temperature can reach 250℃.
3. When applied in fabric processing, it has a soft, water-repellent and smooth effect, increasing the durability of washing resistance.
4. Poor recoatability.

How to use
Please test the optimal amount before use
Stir well and use

Amount added ：0.05-0.3% of the total formula
