1. Preparation of anti-crack mortar: Mix polymer anti-crack mortar dry powder and water according to the weight of 4:1, stir with an electric mixer for 3 minutes, and let stand for 5 minutes. Then stir evenly again and it can be used. The amount of one configuration should be used up in 2 hours;
2. Application: Apply the mixed polymer anti-cracking mortar evenly on the vitrified microbead insulation layer or polystyrene On the granular insulation layer, then lay mesh cloth (or steel mesh), and apply another layer of anti-crack mortar before the bottom layer of anti-crack mortar solidifies to cover the mesh cloth (steel mesh);
3. Anti-crack mortar Construction thickness: The thickness of the coating facing is greater than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 6mm, and the thickness of the ceramic tile facing is greater than or equal to 7mm and less than or equal to 10mm.
4. Precautions: Do not add water or other materials during the construction of anti-crack mortar. If there are agglomerations, do not proceed with construction. Pay attention to the construction temperature above 5℃. Pay attention to the storage of anti-crack mortar. It should be placed in a dry and ventilated place. place to avoid getting wet.
