Product Introduction
Dispercoll® (Dispercoll®) U56 is a high molecular weight water-based anionic polyurethane dispersion, a heat-activated polyurethane adhesive raw material, which can be used in furniture, automobiles , shoemaking, construction and other industries. Dibak® U56 is especially suitable for applications with low activation temperature, including bonding to temperature-sensitive substrates.

Application
Dibaike® U56 exhibits excellent bonding properties to many synthetic materials and natural materials, adding 2-5% (weight ratio) of water-emulsifiable polyisocyanate curing agent – Desmodur® D, which can improve the thermal stability of the bond, plasticizer resistance, grease and oil resistance and other properties. The curing agent should be added before the adhesive is used, and should be dispersed evenly. Pay attention to the working time of the mixed adhesive. In order to expand the technical performance of special application fields or customized products, resin dispersions, emulsifiers, thickeners, etc. can also be added. Before use, especially before spraying, the formulated adhesive product must be filtered to remove polymer particles that may form in the adhesive.
Packaging
120kg plastic drum, 1100L container, tank truck.
Save
Stored in the original airtight container at 23°C, the shelf life of Dilbaek® U56 after shipment is 6 months. Storage temperatures above 30°C should be avoided. The storage temperature should not be lower than 5°C, otherwise the product will freeze and solidify. Freezing Dike® U56 will be completely ineffective. The packaging container must be tightly closed and protected from direct sunlight, otherwise the evaporation of water will cause it to form a non-redispersible polymer film.
Waste Disposal
Unused Desmodo® product residues should be incinerated according to local regulations. Polymer dispersions should be disposed of under special supervision and should not pollute soil or surface water.
