Whether building exterior wall insulation materials are flammable or flammable is a topic that people are currently very concerned about. Below we will briefly introduce the types of non-combustible Class A insulation materials currently used for building insulation.
Class A insulation materials for building exterior walls
1. Rock wool board. Rock wool board is made of basalt and other natural ores as the main raw materials, which are melted into fibers at high temperature, added with an appropriate amount of binder, and solidified.
2. Vitrified microbeads. Vitrified microsphere insulation material is an acidic vitreous lava mineral. After special technical treatment such as high-temperature expansion in a gas furnace and production process, it forms internal porous, surface vitrified and sealed particles in the form of spheroidal fine-diameter particles.
3. Composite cement foam insulation board. This material is a closed-cell lightweight water-resistant insulation board made of cement, fly ash, silica fume, etc. through foaming, curing, cutting and other processes.
4. Foam ceramic insulation board. The thermal insulation material is a foamed ceramic thermal insulation board made of inorganic ceramic materials through high-temperature roasting, referred to as a ceramic thermal insulation board.
5. Aerated concrete slab. It is a lightweight concrete slab made of lightweight materials, siliceous materials, leveling agents and other raw materials, and steamed through a certain production process.
