According to public information, the upgrading and renovation project of Luyou and Lu Lian of Sinopec Qilu Branch is a reconstruction and expansion project. The project location is located in the existing factory area of Qilu Branch of Sinopec Qilu Branch in Zibo City Qilu Chemical Industrial Zone. Build a new 10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum unit, a new 2.1 million tons/year high-end carbon material unit, a new 2 million tons/year hydrocracking unit, a new 1 million tons/year continuous reforming unit, and a new 80,000 standard meter3 /hour dry gas hydrogen production unit, a new 80,000 tons/year sulfur recovery unit, a new 1 million tons/year coked gasoline hydrogenation unit, off-site reconstruction of the SSOT unit, storage and transportation, public works, New construction or renovation of auxiliary facilities, as well as capacity expansion and renovation of Linqi Line.
2. Chemical Industry Section
Build a new 1 million tons ethylene cracking unit, with downstream supporting 200,000 tons/year ethylene oxide unit, 600,000 tons/year cracked gasoline hydrogenation, 1 million tons/year aromatics extraction unit, and 150,000 tons/year butadiene extraction unit , 200,000 tons of ion membrane caustic soda production capacity restoration technical transformation, waste alkali treatment device, 180,000 tons/year aromatic hydrocarbon adsorption and separation device, 1# vinyl chloride device safety hazard management, a total of 9 sets of devices (units) and storage and transportation, public works and System modifications such as auxiliary facilities.
It is reported that the Qilu Branch of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation has more than 130 sets of major production equipment, including a refinery, a rubber plant, a second fertilizer plant, an olefins plant, a plastics plant, a chlor-alkali plant, an acrylic fiber plant and other major production plants, as well as a thermal power plant, Auxiliary production units such as water supply and drainage plants, operation and maintenance centers, inspection and measurement centers, etc. The comprehensive refining processing capacity is 12.5 million tons/year, ethylene production capacity is 800,000 tons/year, synthetic resin is 1.3 million tons, caustic soda is 450,000 tons, rubber is 300,000 tons, benzene is 500,000 tons, butyl-octanol is 325,800 tons, and acrylonitrile is 26 10,000 tons, 54,000 tons of acrylic fiber, and a thermal power installed capacity of 504,000 kilowatts.
