1. In general, for 58# paraffin wax, the solid content of the wax emulsion (including paraffin wax and emulsifier) is 20%~30%, and the emulsifier The dosage is 35% of the amount of paraffin. That is to prepare 100Kg30% wax emulsion, 70Kg water, 23Kg paraffin and 7Kg emulsifier.
2. Preparation process: heat the metered water to 80~90 ℃; at the same time, add the metered emulsifier into the metered paraffin, mix and heat to melt; Add the mixture into the above-mentioned hot water and stir evenly, keep warm for 10 minutes, and cool down to form a thick emulsion with blue light.
