Levima Wison 300,000 tons/year POE
As a major project in Taixing, Levima Wison (Jiangsu) New Materials Co., Ltd. and Taixing Economic Development Zone also signed a 300,000-ton/year POE project agreement with an investment of 5.2 billion yuan on site.
On August 23 this year, Levima New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Wison (China) Investment Co., Ltd. jointly invested in the establishment of Levima Wison (Jiangsu) New Materials Co., Ltd. Among them, Levima New Technology invested 455 million yuan, accounting for 65% of the registered capital of the joint venture company; Wison CIC invested 245 million yuan, accounting for 35% of the registered capital of the joint venture company. Levima Wison New Materials is mainly engaged in the business of high-end olefin materials such as POE (polyolefin elastomer), and plans to build a300,000 tons/year POE project, including a 100,000 tons/year phase one and a 200,000 tons/year phase two Produces high-end products such as POE photovoltaic film materials and toughening materials.
