On November 27, Maqiao Town and County Emergency Management Bureau of Huantai County, Shandong Province jointly hired five high-level safety experts to inspect Shandong Shangzheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd.’s annual output of 100,000 tons of new polyurethane materials and The supporting product construction project (Phase II-Amino-terminated Polyether East Area) carries out safety inspections before trial production.
The expert group first listened to the introduction of the construction project by the enterprise, evaluation company, and design institute, and then went to the site to conduct strict inspections of the safety facilities in the production equipment, central control room, tank area, etc. The expert group proposed the trial production conditions of the project. 24 suggestions for improvement.
100,000 tons/year polyurethane project
Shandong Shangzheng’s 100,000-ton annual polyurethane new material and supporting product construction project with a total investment of 1.078 billion yuan is a provincial key project. The device adopts domestic advanced technology for production. The main products include functional new materials, polyetheramine, m-phenylene Dimethylamine etc.
After the project is put into operation, the main products will be widely used in wind power generation, oil and gas exploration, rail transportation, textiles, pharmaceuticals and other fields, and we will work together to build an important domestic polyurethane new material and polyetheramine industrial base.
75,000 tons/year polyetheramine (Amino-terminated polyether) project
As a construction project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of polyurethane new materials and supporting products, the polyetheramine device is located in Shandong Maqiao Chemical Industrial Park, covering an area of 300 acres. It is invested and constructed by Shandong Shangzheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. It mainly builds polyurethane, polyether Amine production workshop and auxiliary facilities, purchased 2123 sets of equipment.
Project highlights: First, break foreign monopoly and replace imports; second, the technology is oriented towards green and low-carbon and has internationally advanced levels; third, build a domestic new polyurethane material and polyetheramine industrial base.
After the project is completed and put into operation, the Shangzheng polyetheramine project will take advantage of the raw material advantages of Jincheng Petrochemical’s propylene oxide in Maqiao Chemical Industrial Park to achieve extended chain polymerization. The total polyetheramine production capacity can reach 75,000 tons/year, ranking first in Asia. More than 30 product models can provide personalized customized services for downstream companies.
