In order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise and enhance its competitiveness, in October 2021, Binzhou Sheng’er New Materials Co., Ltd. acquired and revitalized the assets of Wudi Runze New Materials Co., Ltd., and renovated the original equipment. The main production is maleic anhydride. Raw material production projects enhance the transformation and upgrading of the company’s industrial structure. It will be listed as a key city project in March 2023.
It is understood that the project covers an area of 79.2 acres, with a total investment of 346.8 million yuan. It uses maleic anhydride and 1,4-butanediol as raw materials. The main products include an annual output of 20,000 tons of tetrahydrofuran; an annual output of 4,300 tons of γ-butyrolactone project ; Annual output of 30,000 tons of N-methylpyrrolidone; annual output of 1,619 tons of butanol. After completion and production, the annual industrial output value is expected to be 638 million yuan, and the sales tax and surcharges will be 43.342 million yuan. The project adopts a hydrogenation process route, which is green and environmentally friendly, and the device produces less waste. This process route is currently the greenest among the relevant process routes in the country.
The environmentally friendly process route enables comprehensive utilization of resources and has obvious cost advantages and good technical economy.
