Build content
The main construction contents are:
Two 45m3 production lines and other auxiliary facilities will be built in the monomer polyether production line equipment, increasing the monomer polyether production capacity by 40,000 tons/year; two 30m3 production lines will be built in the combined filling line equipment, adding 40,000 tons/year combined polyether production capacity Production capacity; special polyether device product changes, the total production capacity is changed from the existing 29,000 tons/year of water-reducing agent macromonomer, PPG210, and PPG310 to 18,000 tons/year of propylene glycol and glycerin series polyethers in this project, and 1 set is transformed 35m3 refined filtration system and distillation system: newly built Class C warehouse and storage yard, of which the Class C warehouse has a building area of approximately 250m2 and the storage yard covers an area of approximately 750m2; the newly built automatic unpacking and conveying system for solid bagged raw materials covers an area of approximately 400m. After the completion of this project, the special polyether products of the existing third-phase project will no longer be produced, and the production capacity of the combined polyether products of the existing first- and second-phase projects will remain unchanged.
