In order to ensure the safety of road traffic in this city and reduce pollution emissions from motor vehicles, in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations such as road traffic safety, transportation of hazardous chemicals, and ecological environment protection, it has been decided that from December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024, On the roads within the administrative area of this city, the following traffic management measures will be adopted for vehicles carrying hazardous chemicals from other places:
1. Vehicles carrying hazardous chemicals from other places whose transportation origin and destination are not within the administrative area of Beijing are prohibited from driving on roads within the administrative area of this city (except the Capital Ring Expressway).
2. Vehicles carrying hazardous chemicals from other places that really need to enter the roads within the administrative area of Beijing must have an electronic waybill for the road transport of dangerous goods with either end of the transportation origin and destination within the administrative area of the city, and apply for a Beijing entry pass before entering Beijing.
