All indicators have reached the world’s leading level, filling the gap in this field in our country.
The new heterocyclic high-performance engineering plastic products produced by Lutianhua Group have two characteristics of high temperature resistance and dissolvability. This is a worldwide technical problem. Before that, only a few countries produced it, and the product price has long been between 400,000 and 1,000,000 yuan. / ton high. Such products are widely demanded in the fields of aerospace, electronics, ships, submarines, automobiles, high-speed rail, petroleum, and environmental protection.
The completion and commissioning of this project is the result of the cooperation between Lutianhua Group and Academician Jian Xigao. Academician Jian Xigao’s team has successfully developed polyether ketone (PPEK), polyether sulfone (PPES), polyether sulfone ketone (PPESK) and copolymerized series of high-performance engineering plastics with polynaphthalene structure after years of painstaking research. 26 invention patents (including two major scientific and technological achievements of the world Chinese) and a number of international and domestic invention patent gold awards, which are at the international leading level.
The relevant person in charge of Lutianhua Group said that in the next step, the company will increase the research and development of heterocyclic product modification according to the customer’s usage to meet the diversified needs of the market, and start the second phase of heterocyclic (2000 tons/year) project in due course building.
