The project is located in Linyi Economic Development Zone, invested by Shandong Huaxu New Materials Co., Ltd. with an investment of 1.01 billion yuan, covering a total area of 166 mu. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can produce 200,000 tons of polyurethane resin per year.
The project purchases advanced technical equipment, adopts large-scale production and operation, makes full use of local superior resources, and vigorously develops the polyurethane resin material industry. It can not only meet the local supply requirements of related products in surrounding areas, but also radiate the national market. High-end products can replace imported products to fill the gaps in the domestic market. The implementation of the project can drive the development of upstream and downstream industries in related industries and form an industrial chain.

The project is located in Linyi County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, and is invested and constructed by Shandong Huaxu New Material Co., Ltd. The resin project with an annual output of 200,000 tons will be constructed in the Linyi Chemical Industrial Park identified by the Shandong Provincial Government.
Scale of production: Annual output of 200,000 tons of resin equipment and supporting auxiliary facilities.
Product plan: 90,300 tons of polyurethane resin for synthetic leather; 55,000 tons of polyurethane resin for shoe soles; 7,500 tons of water-based polyurethane resin; 7,200 tons of solvent-free polyurethane resin; 20,000 tons of saturated polyester resin; 20,000 tons of polyester polyol.
Technology and main equipment: This project adopts resin synthesis technology, and the main equipment is reaction kettle, storage tank, condenser, heat exchanger, circulating water unit, heat conduction oil furnace, vacuum unit, air compressor unit, VOC treatment facilities, COD treatment facilities, nitrogen gasification devices, etc.
Raw materials: Dimethylformamide, dimethyl carbonate, ethyl acetate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate, etc.
