On the morning of February 6, Linqu County held the spring intensive start-up of key projects in 2023 and the start-up ceremony of the 300,000-ton bio-based new material industrial base, and started 65 major industries and supporting projects with a total investment of 29.02 billion Yuan.
Liu Yanfang, secretary of the Linqu County Party Committee, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Chen Cheng, deputy secretary of the county Party committee and county magistrate, presided over the ceremony.
Previously, on November 16, 2021, Linqu Qili Jinrui New Materials Co., Ltd. in Weifang City, Shandong Province planned to invest a total of 2.26 billion yuan to build a fully degradable plastic raw material project with an annual output of 300,000 tons of PBAT and 100,000 tons of PBS.
Liu Yanfang pointed out in her speech that the intensive start of construction this time has fired the “starting gun” and sounded the “charge” for the county’s 2023 project construction. The entire county should take this project as an opportunity to speed up and improve quality and efficiency, without delay or slack for a moment, to ensure a “good start” in the first quarter with high-quality project construction, and to lay a solid foundation for the completion of the annual goal.
At the ceremony, the participating leaders jointly laid the foundation stone for the Qili Bio-based New Materials Industrial Base Project. The secretaries of the party (work) committees of each town (street, park, district) introduced the construction projects in their respective jurisdictions in turn.
It is understood that the 65 projects started this time have a total investment of 29.02 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 10.04 billion yuan, covering deep processing of aluminum profiles, environmentally friendly new materials, modern agriculture, cultural tourism and other fields. These projects have large investment volume, excellent industrial quality, good development prospects, and strong driving ability. They are a concentrated display of our county’s “double recruitment and double introduction” and the achievements of large-scale project construction. They will further improve Linqu’s industrial chain and expand the industrial system increase the quantity and upgrade the industrial level, and inject new impetus and vitality into the high-quality economic and social development of Linqu.
