Recently, Anhui Meijia New Material Co., Ltd., located in Fanchang Economic Development Zone, Wuhu, Anhui, expanded the construction site of an epoxy resin production project with an annual output of 150,000 tons. The workers and masters performed their duties and worked hard , and jointly help the project to be put into production and achieve results as soon as possible.
The project has a planned land area of 80 mu, with a planned total investment of 800 million yuan, including 447 million yuan in fixed assets, and 39,000 square meters of new factory buildings and supporting buildings. After the project is put into operation, 120,000 tons of electronic liquid epoxy resin, 20,000 tons of solid epoxy resin, and 10,000 tons of special resin for wind turbine blades will be added annually.
According to Quan Xianhao, head of the engineering department of Anhui Meijia New Materials Co., Ltd., said: "The civil engineering part of the company's annual output of 150,000 tons of liquid epoxy project has entered the auxiliary engineering stage, and about 50% of the installation part has been completed. It is planned to start in June this year. Trial production, after the project is put into production, the new output value will be 3.5 billion yuan, and 110 new jobs will be created.”
On May 25, 2021, Shangwei New Material and Meijia New Material signed the "Share Subscription Contract": Shangwei invested 210 million yuan to purchase 50 million shares of Meijia New Material's directional issue. Meijia raised 160 million yuan of 210 million yuan, which is planned to be used for an annual production of 200,000 tons of new environmental protection series liquid epoxy resin (Phase I 50,000 tons) production line project construction. The above-mentioned project will be changed to "Project of Expansion of 150,000t/a Series Epoxy Resin Production Line Project" in July 2021.
