The residue was purified by preparative HPLC (XBridge™ C18 column, eluting with a gradient of MeCN/water containing 0.05% TFA at a flow rate of 60 mL/min) to afford the Boc protected intermediate. Compounds were treated with 1:1 DCM/TFA (2 mL) for 2 h. The volatile solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the resulting residue was dissolved in MeOH and passed through a preparative LCMS (XBridge™ C18 column, eluting with a gradient of MeCN/water containing 0.1% ammonium hydroxide at a flow rate of 60 mL/min )purification. The title compound was obtained as a white solid (4.3 mg, 18%).
