The project promotion meeting of Inner Mongolia Zhuozheng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. was held. Heaney pointed out in his speech that the new material demonstration project of Inner Mongolia Zhuozheng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 2.6 million tons is of great significance for Wushen Banner to build a core area of the modern coal chemical industry and promote the high-quality development of the regional economy.
According to reports, the project is planned in a unified manner, overall designed and implemented in stages. Among them, the first phase of the project construction is a new material demonstration project with an annual output of 1.1 million tons and public auxiliary projects. The main products are: polyglycolic acid (PGA) 200,000 tons/year, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) Vinyl alcohol (PVA) 100,000 tons/year, polyoxymethylene (POM) 60,000 tons/year, ethanol 50,000 tons/year, acetic acid 350,000 tons/year, vinyl acetate 30,000 tons/year. By-products: 10,000 tons/year of mixed alcohol, 20,000 tons/year of polyglycolic acid oligomers.
It will be implemented in two phases. The first phase of the project is the original project of Zhuozheng Company, which is 1.2 million tons/year methanol (Nei Fa Gai Gong Zi [2009] No. 1427) and 1 million tons/year acetic acid (project code: 2019-150626-26- 03-005437, 2020-150626-26-03-001248) Process optimization and optimization projects after product chain extension.
The second phase of the project construction has an annual output of 1.5 million tons of new material demonstration projects and public auxiliary projects. The main products: polyglycolic acid (PGA) 800,000 tons/year, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) 200,000 tons/year, polyoxymethylene (POM) 60,000 tons/year, 400,000 tons/year acetic acid, 20,000 tons/year vinyl acetate, by-products: 40,000 tons/year mixed alcohol, 80,000 tons/year polyglycolic acid oligomer; Phase II project Adopt the same process technology route as the first phase, and implement it in stages.
According to public information, Inner Mongolia Zhuozheng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in May 2005. Its registered office is located in Nalinhe Industrial Park, Ordos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Its main business projects are the production and sales of methanol and by-products. The largest shareholder is Inner Mongolia Huineng Coal Electricity Co., Ltd. Group, with a 50% stake.
