On the morning of September 3, Zhongshan Yingjie Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. Zhongshan Yingjie Special High-Performance TPU’s R&D and production headquarters base project has a total investment of 600 million yuan, and plans to build 6 synthetic TPU particle production lines, 6 TPU modified engineering plastics production lines, and 6 polyester polyol production lines. After the project is completed, it is expected to produce 20,000 tons of special high-performance thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer per year. After reaching production, the annual output value is expected to be approximately 600 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue is approximately 33 million yuan. The project took just over three months from the signing of the contract to the commencement of land acquisition, fully demonstrating the “torch speed” in promoting the construction of key projects in the new era. The smooth start of the project will promote the collaborative linkage of upstream and downstream enterprises in the new materials industry in the region to achieve a win-win situation, which will be conducive to “strengthening and replenishing the chain” of the industry and assisting the high-quality development of the region.
