CPOL Innovation
CPOL is a new innovative intermediate used as the structural unit of the soft segment in high-performance polyurethanes, polyetheresters and other polymers to bring excellent flexibility, tension Tensile and tear properties. CPOL offers a variety of specifications with different molecular weights, 1000, 2000 and 2900. While maintaining the excellent mechanical properties, functionality and hydrolytic stability of PolyTHF, the low-temperature mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties, especially the tensile and tear resistance of the CPOL series products are superior to those based on PolyTHF.
core Advantages
Compared with many different polyols, CPOL has lower crystallinity, which makes the melting point of the soft segment lower, giving CPOL a very important advantage:
Better machinability High
The melting point of CPOL is significantly lower than that of PolyTHF. CPOL is a liquid at room temperature, which makes its use more convenient. Because CPOL no longer needs to be heated and melted like PolyTHF before use, it can be used in fields such as spraying.
More prominent dynamics Mechanical properties
The structure of CPOL allows it to have significantly higher tensile properties. And the tear performance of CPOL-based products is also particularly outstanding.

Apply
> More transparent coatings, such as coatings for fiber optics.
> Products that require higher tear strength, such as professional sports shoe soles, running shoe soles, etc.
> Products that require higher tensile properties, such as elastic materials, fibers, etc.
> Synthetic leather with better dynamic mechanical properties; winter textiles with better low temperature performance requirements.
> Sports products that require higher low-temperature mechanical properties, such as cast parts such as pulleys/rollers, TPU such as ski boots, coatings/films such as golf skins. Copolyetheresters with improved low temperature and dynamic properties for melt extrusions, foams and films in applications such as springs.
